"I take real issue with this"

I have been suffering from a seriously debilitating infection and have visited the practice at least 3 times during the last month (as the prescribed treatments have failed to make a dent in said infection). However, I take real issue with the fact I have been prescribed the same treatment twice in the space of two weeks, emphasising that the professionals did not read my notes.

The receptionists have acted rude and unhelpful who made me feel like a burden not a person who is ill and in need of help. It has gotten to the point where I can no longer bear calling at 8: 00am to be put on hold for an hour and then be told my GP will/may call me at some during the day - perhaps one could be allocated a rough time at least? I have been forced to seek treatment at a private practice as I cannot sleep nor can I bear another moment listening to the on-hold music.
