Would really appreciate a call from the manager of the practice already spoke to someone Friday and wasn’t happy with the service i decided to download the nhs app to see what was on my notes to find out after being diagnosed with asthma at your surgery long time ago there is noooo mention what’s so ever of me having asthma and that’s why I can’t get a vaccination for the Covid jab which I’m entitled to.

I was accused of shouting at your reception staff I didn’t shout I was mad because the she was arguing with me on the phone which is very unprofessional!! I am moving surgery but I want to know why on my records it only states me having allergic reactions since 2010.

I’m so disappointed I felt unsupported before I knew this. But know I feel like I have been abandoned and that who ever job it is to update the system hasn’t done so. Wow
