"Pain clinic"

About: Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

The pain clinic did little to help with any pain that I am in, they seemed to think most of it was in my head rather than checking on MRI results or even having one done. Waste of time going and to put the icing on a cake, One morning after being there for about an hour my mother rang them urgently with some bad news and asked them to pass on the message. Instead of them passing on the message they told her that they couldn't as I was in the room with the others this being a person who was normally in the same room

Needless to say I didn't go back and wouldn't! To me they were totally useless in their approach to pain at all!

I remain in a lot of pain and losing feeling in my foot and leg and have numerous falls sometimes several a day.  They didn't check to see if there could be another problem for the pain other than it being in my head.

Obviously from numerous MRI I have had done the pain isn't going to be going away!
