"Not great I do expect courteous but had nothing…"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I was sent to have block injections into my lower spine. This went ok albeit I was having to be there at 12 noon. Didn’t leave till late.

Due when they phoned back last week to say the procedure was going ahead on the 23/03/2021. At spire Roding they told me that a COVID test on three days before the op to severe the nerves to stop crippling constant back spasms. Ive had to endure for so long.

Not a peep of common decency. Put your hands up and phone someone there to be disappointed again.

We are all aware of the COVID pandemic if they can call me to say a procedure going ahead is it so difficult to phone again. So annoying. Surely patients deserve better. That’s me being polite. Please try to take this on board
