"Greatly let down by this practice "

I rang up argyle st doctors Thursday got though at 8 asked for a phone call from the doctor got a call early morning from a nurse. I have been getting chest infections for over 2 years with no diagnosis and I’ve continued to have them through the lockdown I have been so poorly this week n needed some medications told the nurse my history told her it was my chest n to check my notes and that I wanted to speak to a doctor she told me she was prescribing something for a fungal throat there was nothing wrong with my throat I told her it was my CHEST eventually she said she would speak to the doctor and get back to me but she didn’t a reception got back to me and said the doctor said he agreed with what she said.so I asked how could she know I wasn’t on video link no one had even looked in my mouth and I had no symptoms what so ever the top and bottom is she wasn’t qualified and can only prescribe for miner ailments so then I was told I’d been put in for a phone call on Monday at 3 so 4 more days I’m poorly also have to go back in work Monday I know there’s covid but people are ill with other things all I want is a professional to check my notes and prescribe something this doctors have used covid as an excuse to do nothing most of the staff are down right rude with no respect and the majority of them need to go on a course for people skills learn some compassion people come to you because they are ill no wonder people suffer with anxiety you cause most of and no wonder the Nhs are in debt prescribing things we don’t need so needless to say I won’t be picking my prescription up for a fungal throat because it’s my CHEST anyway I rang out of hours had a phone call this morning Saturday was on 4 minutes he listened to my info asked if I wanted to go to hospital to have my chest listened to which I said no to because I feel so I’ll then he gave me the option of antibiotics or steroids which I chose steroids because they have worked for me in the past what a lovely man result in 4 minutes why I couldn’t get 4 minutes with my own doctor is disgusting I actually hate this doctors they make you feel worthless I would never recommend them ever 😡
