"Broken femur and wrist"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Orthopaedics (Wards 10a, 10b, 10c &10d)

(as the patient),

The ambulance arrived in good time and the paramedics knew exactly what to do. I was taken in x-ray straight away and operated on the next day. Thereafter I was in ward B23 where the nurses did a great job in looking after me.

Dear Richard Anon

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on Care Opinion this is very much appreciated.

I was pleased to read you had a good experience from the ambulance arriving through to spending time in the ward.

It was nice to hear all the staff you came across were caring and kept you informed on what was happening throughout.

I will be sure to pass on your comments to the staff involved who I'm sure will be delighted to hear you had such a nice experience.

Please take care and stay safe

Kind regards

Kevin
