Our little boy Jacob arrived early at 30+2 weeks. He was transferred to Taunton that night where he spent 13 days.. his treatment was incredible which was shown by how quickly Jacob progressed. The staff were outstanding and made us feel so welcomed. We learnt to tube feed, do all of his care and were able to feel like normal mum and dad!
We were so excited about moving to Yeovil as that was a step closer to home, however we will miss all of the staff at Taunton NICU so much.
