Absolutely dreadful service. Receptionists are simply awful. They don’t listen properly Long wait to get an appointment to speak to a doctor and there were long waits to see a doctor even before Covid. Most of the Doctors are great if you can get an appointment with one. I’m not dead yet.

I am really sorry that you feel the reception staff are "simply awful” at the practice, This is no excuse however i just wanted to point out that our staff have worked extremely hard over the last year, some taking no time off at all to make sure that the practice can continue to stay open and service our patient. We have had a number of staff shielding over the last year and this has meant the staff have had to do extra hours and work days off. I appreciate that this no excuse but i just wanted to make you aware of the immense pressure the staff have been under. I will make sure that your comments are addressed with the staff. Thank you for your feedback.
