"Kind and caring "

I attended the hospital for an mri scan two weeks ago and then this week I had to go for a lung function test, as I’m currently shielding I was a little anxious about both adventures from home! Both times I was treated courteously, and felt at ease but the nurse who performed the lung function test on 16th March was fantastic. She explained everything, talked me through the procedure and was just a friendly, kind person and it helped enormously. Thank you
