"Helpful techniques"

About: Edgware Community Hospital / Neurological Rehabilitation Centre

(as a service user),

I was diagnosed 18 months ago with cerebellar ataxia. Life-changing after a super active lifestyle. Devastated, unable to do any task I used to easily or with pleasure.

Housebound, wheelchair carers plus speech impediment.

I would like to mention how extensively I have been helped by the speech therapy department at Edgware, notably Emma who helped with overall confidence and ability to employ better ways of managing day-to-day communication. Hugely hugely helpful, very dedicated and supportive life-enhancing techniques.
