(as a service user),

I had a long term use of alcohol which progressively got worse and was affecting my daily life and my health. It was incredibly difficult to seek help.

I was very apprehensive but everyone I spoke to and especially my case worker were very kind reassuring and supportive throughout and always made me feel better by the end of each call.
