Hi there, I am a patient at Lower Clapton Group Practice. I've recently temporarily moved out of London due to the pandemic, and I needed my repeat prescription sent to a different pharmacy in Yorkshire. I have been quite literally amazed at how brilliant Maria has been towards me in managing this change and my request. Not only has she been extremely patient, she's listened intently and has also followed up in a timely manner - which, I'm sure, has been tough as I assume she has been busy in her role. It's not every day you receive such care, and so I wanted to make the effort, just as she as done for me, to leave some positive feedback about her and her professionalism.
I hope this is taken onboard internally and that Maria's efforts are praised. At a time when she could have quite easily been impatient, or rude, she has shown nothing but calmness and consideration. I won't forget it, and she is a brilliant asset to the Practice.
