I'm really grateful for the way you keep an eye on my need for bowel cancer screening.
But I was really sorry to discover you've stopped using bio-degradable packaging - and sent a large piece of unnecessary plastic to hold a bottle.
Come on! We have a climate emergency and plastic is so yesterday! You could as easily have used a cardboard holder. But thanks for your care of us (if not the environment...)
