"Calmer 2nd time around"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Covid Vaccination Programme

(as a service user),

Attending both first and second vaccination clinics for covid vaccination for front-line staff I found the organisation excellent. Very well run clinics with knowledgeable and polite staff running them.

Felt all covid measures were well demonstrated.

The second vaccination was slightly smoother as I attended one of the first clinics early January where there was a slight sense of panic but that was understandable.

I felt privileged to have received front line protection so quickly. Thank you to everyone who has been involved with this programme.

Dear Melonpe43

Thank you for taking the time to feedback following your visit to our vaccination clinic. I'm glad to hear that you felt the organisation was excellent and our covid measures made you feel safe. It is good to hear that there was a calmer atmosphere in the second clinic too and that you felt privileged to be there. I will pass on your feedback to the vaccination team.

Best wishes

Lisa
