About: North Devon District Hospital / Covid Vaccination Programme

(as a service user),

Excellent service. Verbal information provided to read but discussed verbally. Friendly staff. Wait times much better on second vaccination. Exit system tricky to follow in the dark.

Feel really lucky that as a staff member I have been able to have this job to protect patients, people I love, myself and the wider community. Appreciated dignity with the screens.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. The team have been working hard to improve their booking system and flow of patients through the clinic and it is good to hear that your wait time was shorter for your second vaccination.

Again, thank you for your feedback regarding the dark exit system. At the beginning of the vaccination programme there were some evenings where the team ran a late clinic to increase the numbers that we were vaccinating and I expect that was when this occurred. Now we have lighter evenings it should not be a problem, however I have relayed your feedback to the team to ensure that we consider this for any future late clinics.
