Firstly I would like to thank you for taking time to feedback a but your recent visit to the Regional Endoscopy Unit here at Queen Margaret. I am delighted that you were met with such professionalism throughout your journey. Also that you were given such good care whilst here in the unit. I will take great delight in passing your kind comments not only to the staff here in the unit but also our colleagues at the front entrance.
