Had an irrittating constant "spot" on my neck. Called my doctors surgery, next day call back from my GP few questions and then requested to take picture of the offending lesion. Sent pic call back 2 days later, not they think too serious, but will pass on to Consultant for consideration. well today had the appointment at Forth valley Royal..and the lesion was removed stitches in and back home. Severla times i have had involvment with the medical profession be it my doctor or attending Forth valley Royal ( Aorta Screening) to vaccination, flu etc etc and of course Covid( 1st one done, a few weeks to go till pt 2). and each and every time courteouis prompt and professional. Today I was at the tender mercies of Kirsty and Lee-Ann. It was a breeze, and thank you ladies, yes you were "just"doing your job,but a wel done one it was. I even got a semi escort to the right place from a member of the hospital staff who was going that way, from reception. All in all 100% 10/10. Good Job NHS Forth valley
"NHS Forth Valley- Brilliant, again."
