Hi this totally unexplainable people going on waiting phone appointment 40 minutes. After that somebody pick phone and straight away no appointment left. Rude on phone we don’t have appointment. What guys are you doing. If you check are records every time we r not coming to gp. No one to come gp nobody interested.
Gp front staff should be more polite. Efficiency. She told us go to walking central why we go over there. You guys understand the problem. 45 minutes waiting after that straight away no appointment left. I m going to put complaints NHS governance body and raised my issue. Everyone very busy. St. Paul surgery. More than hospital you guys are totally disappointed.. previous I been this gp last 14 years. Superb. Before. Now day by day. Going handle people different and rude. People need mor training.
If someone said language problem. Ask punjbi Hindi.. you should be transferred call someone. If you don’t know.
