A few weeks ago I was admitted to Ninewells Hospital, Dundee on a Sunday and operated on later that night.

When the initial investigation was undertaken I was struck by the extreme confidence of the surgical team and the skill and reassurance provided by the surrounding nursing team. Spending two weeks in their care gave me a chance to recover from a rather low starting point and at no point did I have any reason to be other than very impressed with the care level.

It is encouraging to hear that you felt that the staff provided the patient centred care that I expect, and this enabled you to recover from what you describe as a low starting point.
