"Awful "

Spoke to a doctor to order my medication and asked him to put it on the spine. He confirmed he had done it. When I tried to pick it up, it was not there . This is the 5 time this has happened. I have know run out of my medication again. I have spent the weekend in pain and now have been trying to sort this out for 3 hours and cant get hold of anybody. Its just not good enough.
