"Outpatients Appointment"

My son had a review appointment at RBHSC for an orthopaedic issue. 

I was really impressed by the efficiency of the clinic, all the social distancing measures were in place which made us feel safe and the waiting room was well managed.  

We saw Dr O'Neill who put my son at ease and was kind and patient with him and made the examination as pleasant as it could be.

I want to commend the outpatients clinic for continuing with the ongoing support for patients who need reviewing and at a time when things are still very uncertain, it was reassuring to know that the support and care are still there.
