"Impossible to get an appointment"

About: The Limes Medical Centre

I have had terrible lower back pain for over 5 years now, and it's now reached a point were I am desperate to get it seen to. Over the last 6 months or so, I have tried to contact the Limes Medical Centre. Most times I have to give up because my £20 credit runs out on the mobile phone I'm using. On the rare occasions I do get through, it seems that it doesn't matter what time of day that I call, I am told to CALL BACK another day, and when I do, same response. It's a never ending circle of frustration and despair and poor service. I get that they're very busy, but having me go round in circles and being put off on every occasion, is just rubbish service and lack of care! Oh God, how I wish for another Surgery in the area, one that isn't too big to be able to handle their patients properly
