I was sent to Queen Victoria which is not my local hospital for breast cancer surgery. All of the staff from admin who phoned me to arrange appointments to nursing staff who saw me through from booking in to returning home were fantastic. Every single one of them was so kind and caring. I thank you all so much for making my experience as easy and stress free as possible.
