The flu jabs were given in a very well organised way and all CoVid precautions were reassuringly in place. The service provided during the pandemic has been excellent and very much appreciated.
The prescriptions are always done well ahead of time.
Doctors appointments have always been available depending on the urgency of the clinical need.
It is a very well managed practice and the frontline staff are always friendly, very helpful and courteous.
The practice ticks all the boxes required by the CQC more than adequately.
The car parking facilities are good and access for disabled patients has been catered for.
The waiting area is clean, bright and spacious.The nurses are very caring and efficient.
It was clear that all patients and staff were treated with dignity and respect and there was an air of calm, control and professionalism evident.
The doctors were punctual,polite,clinically sound, non judgmental, empathetic and very supportive.
The telephone consultations have been excellent and thorough.
Overall it is an outstanding general practice and they deserve our gratitude for an exemplary and vital service provided to our community.
The practice represents all that one would expect from a modern NHS general practice of excellence.
Their service should be recognised and rewarded in the usual way.
