The whole time Mum has been in the home (since Dec 2019), the staff have been kind, caring and professional. there are always going to be little issues but these are dealt with quickly and courteously. Mum's health and mental capacity have improved significantly since she has been cared for here. I am so relieved and happy. I have my Mum back even though she's not at home, mentally, she is herself.
