"Frustration"

I know we are experiencing very difficult times due to the Covid pandemic but I feel that 45 minutes trying to get through to the surgery excessive in the extreme. I realise that the practice is busy but to have to wait that long to just talk to a receptionist is unacceptable.

I would like to add that when I did finally speak to a receptionist she was extremely helpful and pleasant and answered my query.
