(as a service user),

I was in at Queen Margaret Hospital yesterday for day surgery for kidney stones removed and also a stent removed. The nurses on the ward were brilliant totally keeping me informed what was happening. The staff in theatre where amazing keeping me informed and also putting me at ease as it is quite scary even at my age. Felt in safe hands and after surgery making sure I was ok and put up to ward. Had a great cup of coffee and toast and after a little allowed to go home which was great. Was able to go with pain killers and advice from nurses what to if became unwell which was reassuring. I am so pleased with the attitude of the nurses in all the areas they deserve a mega pay rise not the poultry 1% offered yous all deserve so much more. Thank you so much

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on your recent admission to day surgery. I am delighted to see that the nurses were amazing and helped put you at ease as it can very daunting for anyone coming in to hospital but I'm glad to see we were able to help you.

I will pass on your lovely comments to the staff on the ward and I wish you a speedy recovery.
