I have been suffering from an inflamed tendon for about 4 months.
Only if I am lucky enough to be answered on the phone by a kind and professional person (because there are some like this), then I can get a doctor's appointment. Only in these cases, I pass the way from one week to another, or they fail to understand me.
I am not a native Englishman, but for 6 years I have had and continue to get treatments and conversations with various specialists from other NHS.
The proof of a lack of professionalism and lack of respect with which he treats patients I received a day ago when I collected a letter with reference to the orthopedist .... I am 52 years old, but the person who wrote calls me in the letter ... THIS OLD LADY ...
I have always been treated with respect in any public place, I have been an NHS patient in Luton for 5 years, but no one has ever addressed me with such rudeness. Also, when you had a problem, the solution was to be seen by someone as soon as possible. You can't with great pain be recommended a consultation by phone (not video chat). This has been happening since I entered Priory Gardens Surgery. My husband who suffers from high blood pressure and high cholesterol, transferred with the history from the last doctor, was not received at a consultation in the opinion of the ladies at the reception because ... it is not the case if he is feeling well now
"Good doctors but unprofessional staff"
