"No doctors/only nurses without experience "

I been here with my son last Monday who has hydrocele and it's 2 years and 5 months. After 6 hours they sent us home . They let us know we are going to receive a letter to see a specialist. It's almost 2 weeks and we didn't receive any letter .Five nurses check him ,but know one has knowledge what she's doing. One of them mention me he has a bit of nappy rash . I'm really thankful to wait 6 hours and a nurse to mention that to me. No one sees his scrot and stomach it's swallowing ?! My son it's getting worse . I didn't receive that letter. I'm a single mom and I'm worried about my little man . I read about this sickness. This can spread to his body. Infection, infertility, inguinal hernias, cancer. Do I need to wait until last minutes of his life?!
