About: City Care Centre

I was treated promptly. The experience felt safe with good COVID-19 precautions in place . The HCA and advanced Nurse practitioner were professional , kind and kept me calm and the whole process was less painful than I thought it would be. Despite being near the end of their shift they did not rush things and gave me the time I needed to feel confident to leave. Phoning 111 however was a waste of time as the time it took to get through was far too long and giving the many details they asked for, pointless as they are not forwarded to the urgent care centre.
