(as the patient),

I was most impressed by the care, compassion, kindness and thoughtfulness of all the staff in A& E and in the Acute Admissions Ward when I required to attend and stay in overnight recently. Given the pressure under which everyone is operating, I felt privileged to be so well looked after.
