I have asked several times for a copy of a biopsy (or blood test) result in a Dental Hospital appointment. I was told that they 'do not give them out'. I wanted a record that I could take home. The results were discussed with me, but that is not the point. I was told I would 'get a letter'. I had to wait 7 weeks for the letter summarising the discussion and then it had no actual results in, it was just a summary. Under GDPR I do not see why these can be kept as if they are a secret from the person who they are about. GP practices give copies of test results - a copy of the numbers, not a short simplified summary.
"No access to biopsy results"
