"Care Team in Dumfries and Galloway"

When my mum took ill we needed emergency support for my father who has Lewy Body Dementia.  One word can really describe the service we received - Exceptional. We really would have struggled if we had not been able to access the service.  If we could have had the service longer we would have.  The support received on both occasions let my dad stay at home and be with mum, which is very important with his condition.
