I visited A and E today with a suspected heart problem. I saw a lots of lovely staff who were all very kind and professional but I would particularly like to thank the doctor who dealt with me, Dr Connolly. This lady was so knowledgeable and explained everything that was happening to me in such a kind way, making me feel at ease in a scary situation. So a huge thank you Rebecca, your professionalism and kindness was hugely appreciated today.
