"Not great service from student Physiotherapist "

I have had several telephonic appointments with a student Physiotherapist, but the service is awful don't get anywhere. Every time the Physiotherapist promise sending out documents or arrange another appointment it just don't happens.

I am very disappointed I am in so much pain and get absolutely no where
