"Great practice, hard to get into"

About: Devonshire Green Medical Centre

I have been with the practice for a few years and consistently impressed with the care I have received. Doctors are friendly and sympathetic, explaining issues well and giving me options about treatment. Extremely pleased. However, it is very hard to get an appointment. I do sympathise with the pressure reception staff are under, but have found them to be sometimes rude and unhelpful.

Thank you for your comment, it is nice to hear you are happy with the care you have received. I am sorry if you have found staff unhelpful at times, we address these issues at reception meetings.

As we move out of the pandemic we have implemented the option for patients to pre-book a call with a GP and we are hoping this will improve access to our service. Thanks again, Practice Manager
