"Amazing paramedics "

After receiving my COVD-19 vaccination I had an allergic reaction to it after calling 111 to seek advice an ambulance was sent out immediately they came 10 minutes after my phone call to 111 and the two paramedics were amazing they were so kind and because I get very anxious very easily they reassured me the whole time in their care they made me relaxed and went through everything they were doing ensuring I was comfortable and not anxious. There care today was incredible and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me! As soon as they arrived they had my pain under control and even had me laughing despite the agony I was in this crew were truly amazing they kept me laughing throughout and we’re very good with my anxiety.
