"Poor customer Service"

About: Green Lane, Goodmayes Medical Practice

Registered my 90 year old mother at the beginning of January 2021 with this surgery via the NHS process. Rang twice to chase in February to be told they have a backlog and she will be registered within a week. Rang on 04/03/2021, waited over 30 minutes on hold to be then cut off by them after the call connected. I'm on the phone again to them now as my mother needs medication. Notwithstanding the pressures of Covid, this is just poor and amateurish.

We apologise for the problems you had with your mother's registration. Unfortunately due to COVID issues registrations were more difficult but we have improved our system now.
