"day surgery"

I was recently admitted to day surgery at Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline for a small procedure where I needed to be put to sleep. I was very nervous and anxious before coming in but I would just like to say I received 1st class treatment from the moment I arrived on the ward to the moment I left. I don't actually think I could have received any better care if I had went private. All the staff on the ward were so nice and couldn't do enough to help me, and as for the tea and toast it was even better than fish and chips.

During my stay we had a wee bit of excitement as the fire alarm went off  and we all had to evacuate the ward even though it was a false alarm, this was done so quickly and efficiently that I knew I would be in great hands (you could tell they have done this before!) even sitting out in the corridor the nursing staff were all talking and joking with us.

I would like to thank all the staff especially Nola, Mandy and Nikki as they just made my day. Thank you
