The clinician I spoke to was very helpful from start to finish, with understanding, a positive attitude and a good sense of humour, making me feel at home and welcome during out sessions. For me personally this was a necessity that online courses could never provide. They were able to bring their own personal experience to the table to give examples and help explain certain phenomena and behaviours in a way that I found very helpful and being able to relate to the clinician made it much easier for me to see the benefits. This service provided me with the tools and skills I need to keep improving myself and I have some confidence now that things will get better thanks to them.
