"Disappointing"

About: One Medicare LLP-the Light

I have been trying to register with this surgery for almost 7 weeks and at present I am still unable to access their services. I have repeatedly chased via email, resent my registration documents and have attempted to get through on the telephone but the waiting time is abysmal. I love the NHS but it is really essential that everyone has the opportunity to access their services and for the first time in my life I am unable to do so because I cannot register with my local surgery. I am currently registered at a surgery over an hour away which is not ideal.
