"Great care given by HCA"

I attended hospital to see the haematology apartment in Eastbourne district general hospital. I met with a HCA who took my weight, height etc. And stood in during the appointment with the consultant, his name was Jamie. He went about his job with such care, joy and politeness. I left feeling that his care for his routine job was first class and he made me feel very welcomed and cared for. This is 1st rate service for a job that I’m sure is overlook, undervalued and underpaid. 

I hope this message reaches him. Thank you for your service Jamie. You are making a difference everyday.
