The conversation I had with the reception staff today has left me absolutely gobsmacked, after a whole day of trying to get help for my dad I’m back at step one .... by nature I am a very calm reasonable person but my buttons were pushed by a very unprofessional and rude individual, If I spoke to customers in this manner at my workplace I would have lost my job.
