"Brilliant Service"

I have had 2 procedures at the Newcastle under Lyme practice, Oct 2020 and Jan 2021. For me it was a very daunting prospect as I have a phobia with anything to do with eyes, but I needed have worried. On both visits I found the staff and surgeons to be polite, informative and professional. It is a very slick edtablishment and nothing was too much trouble. Every precaution possible has been taken to safeguard against the Covid 19 problem. Thankyou to the surgeons for giving me my sight back and to the whole teams for their excellent caring approach.
