About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

I arrived at A and E and was taken care of from then on. I cant thank ALL the staff for their care and attention. Also the super surgeon who carried out the procedure. Everyone was attentive and caring, not just to me but all who were in the same wards. Thankyou ONE and ALL. cannot compliment you all enough. Please also thank the ambulance service who arrived less than twelve minutes after being called. They too were wonderful.

Hello,

My name is Jane and I am the Clinical Matron for Emergency Care.

Thankyou for your post regarding the care and attention you received whilst in the Emergency Department. Although we are often a very busy department, we always aspire to achieve high standards of care and a positive experience for our patients and I am really pleased that we were able to do so in your case.
