"Mental health"

I had an appointment, this was the 3 rd one , I got a babysitter and time off work, but the practice was shut when I turned up. I triple checked and got help to make sure.  I feel like I  had been blanked without warning by my psychologist. I already have little trust and much anxiety. I've chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, so it was a major effort to make the appointment. I've not managed back yet and I feel my child is now suffering from the lack of my support
