"Great Practice"

About: St Giles Surgery Dr Patel

I needed to speak to someone urgently about a test I had had and was very worried.

Although very busy they called me back that evening, Subsequently, when the results can back and the practice was clogged with the current high demand, a member of staff went to the trouble of retrieving the results for me and arranged for one of the doctors to call me back that day.

I will be eternally grateful for the care and compassion shown to me. Well done to and the team at St Giles!!
