(as the patient),

I was so encouraged when I received a phone call from MSK Podiatry and an appointment was made at East Ayrshire Community Hos. Cumnock.     Laura phoned me in the car park and was waiting for me inside.   She was most caring and explained what was really going on inside my right foot.     She was honest also saying that we could not alter what was there but we could try to slow it down with exercise and new Insoles to be worn all day long! As another appointment was being made I felt like praising the Lord and the N. H. S.
