"Surgical Assessment Unit (CGH)"

About: Colchester General Hospital

I visited my Dr in Gt Bentley on the 24th Feb regarding lower abdomen pains, she referred me to Colchester Hospital's 'Surgical Assessment Unit' for further diagnostic tests on the same day arriving at 11.35. My Hospital no was D6054378. The Depts nurse and Doctor were excellent & very supportive, leading to a CT Scan. The results arrived reasonably quickly revealing a Kidney stone lodged in the lower Uretha and was prescribed Tamsulin. I'm now feeling much better and I'm very grateful for the care received. The hospital have also requested I attend a follow-up CT Scan on the 17th March.
