Attended the DSU today as a patient referred to the Maxi/facial team. The whole experience was handled with total professionalism, kindness, and expert care. There was a real team spirit, and the unit oozed calmness and warmth. I felt overwhelmed with how personal the service was. Especially in such troubling times when I know how tiring and stressful it is for all staff working within a hospital environment. I would like to say thank you to you all for being the best of the best. Take care and please stay safe, you are such valued members of our community.
